Clothes clean and no signs of his previous mission, he continued his work in the PMF district. Filing a report in one of the many buildings. Never forgetting about Dawne. He walked out right after finishing his buisness to grab some food when he saw Oriko.
So surprising. Oriko being out of the tower. Must be important. He hoped to pass by her with little or no thought.

The young girl smiled, conversing with other militia members pleasantly. She hadn't activated her soul gem, but still wore elegant clothing. Two other militia members had seemed to be guarding her on her walk out, but no one would have dared to attack. Not now, with so many bystanders.
She smiled, taking a flower offered from one of her younger admirers. She breaks the stem off -- causing a look of panic on the child's face -- but it was quickly replaced with a smile when Oriko nestled the flower within her hair.
It was then she spotted her General, fatassing on some hot dogs in a nearby food stand.
"How did your assignment go?" she asks, striding right up to him, knowingly. She stared at him expectantly, and that ultra fatty hot dog he was holding as well.

"It went as planned." He responded with his signature smirk. Carefully tilting his hot dog so the contents didn't spill on the floor. It was the way he liked it, as much relish, ketchup, and pickles he could fit between bun and wiener and still fit in his mouth.
"What brings you out here?" Truthfully he would have loved to end the conversation there.

The smirk worked well, pushing Oriko's patience to the limit. "I had a vision about you." she states. Taking a look at his perfectly made hot dog, she slaps it to the floor. The dog hopped out of the bun and the relish and mustard he loved dearly gracefully splattered onto the ground in a mess.
She leans closely, not feeling to waste any more time with someone so close to betrayal.
"You're very important to me, General." she whispers, tone harsh. "I would hate to see you leave, but I would love to see that disgusting rebel you care so dearly about ripped to fucking shreds."
She moves away, regaining her composure and smiling up at the slightly taller male. "Congratulations on your successful mission, by the way." she adds as an after thought, stepping over the destroyed hot dog and leaving Duske to his daily business.

Oh what a waste of food. He was sure the hot dog gods are crying somewhere. Somewhere in the back of his mind he saw this coming, but perhaps he was just blindly wishing it not to happen.
He grabbed himself another hot dog. A decision he would have to make soon occupying most of his thoughts. But somehow, he always ended up with the same answer.
